Tapioca flour 300 Gr
Fresh milk 240 ml

Brazilian cheese bread is attractive thanks to a crunchy crust, the inside is a light, flexible and fragrant core of cheese. This type of cake is also very easy to make, the ingredients are not too hard to find so you try to make yourself to enjoy!


1.Add cooking oil, fresh milk and salt in a saucepan, over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When the milk is hot and almost boiling, turn off the heat. Add the tapioca flour, mix well.
2.Beat the eggs and add in the flour mixture, mix well. Can be divided into 2 parts for easy mixing.
3.Grated parmesan cheese and mix well.
4.Scoop cream into a baking tray with lined stencils / baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 230ºC for 10 minutes. Then put the cake in, bake at 175ºC. Baking time is about 25 minutes.
5.Cooked cake to cool down and enjoy immediately will be very delicious. If not used, can put in sealed jar, store in refrigerator cooler for 1 week. When eaten in the oven to heat again.
