Ingredients

Quinoa 128 Gr
Onions 1/4 Tubers ( Hash )
Water 500ml
Carrot 2 Roots ( Minced )
Scallions, minced 3
Minced garlic 3 Cloves
Hash Ginger 1/2 Teaspoons
Olive oil 1 Tablespoons
Soy sauce 1/2 Tablespoons
Teriyaki sauce 1/2 Tablespoons
Sesame oil 3/4 Teaspoons
Chicken Eggs 2 Berries
Peas 64 Gr
Like the "broccoli" rice, the "quinoa" fried with vegetables and veggies is an alternative to a high-carbohydrate rice meal for those who are considering dieting and losing weight. This is a very good "rice" lowcarb, you should try it.

Instructions

1.Soak quinoa seeds in water for a while, then rinse, put in a pot, boil 500ml of water, reduce the heat to low for 15-20 minutes until the quinoa seeds are ripe. Put soy sauce, sesame oil in a bowl and set aside. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil, fry the onions and carrots in about 2 minutes.
2.Add chopped scallion, minced garlic, minced ginger to pan and sauté for another 2 minutes. Drizzle the rest of the olive oil and pour in quinoa seeds. Continue to stir for about 2 minutes and then add the sauce. Pound the eggs into the pan, pour the peas into sauté is complete.
3.Scoop "rice" onto the plate and enjoy, let's see if it tastes as good as fried rice. If you don't like using quinoa seeds, you can substitute with white rice as usual.
