Frog curry - a typical dish of Thai cuisine with a spicy and greasy taste. To suit the taste of the Vietnamese, this recipe has changed chili powder into green pepper, modified with a little of fried potatoes and taro, both delicious and warm, very Vietnamese. Instructions

1.Remove frog skin and frog intestines after purchasing, wash and drain. Cut the frogs into bite-sized pieces, and the frog's thighs will usually be left in pieces. Marinate frog with curry powder, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic and mix well, leave for 10-15 minutes for frog to absorb seasoning. For those of you who are a little scared and don't know how to make frogs, you can ask to make them available on the spot!
2.Add 3 tbsp cashew oil to the pan to heat, add the remaining non-aromatic minced garlic. Put the frog in a sauté pan on high heat to make the frog firm again. Then add the crushed lemongrass, chili, lime leaves and green pepper to fry together. Then put 500 ml of coconut water and cook in medium heat for 15 minutes. Sautéing firm frogs before cooking will help them to soften during cooking. Cooking frogs with coconut water instead of filtered water will help cool curry water cooler.
3.Yellow corn chopped, peeled potatoes and taro, rinse and cut to taste. After 15 minutes, the coconut water is half empty, you put corn, potatoes and taro in it and cook 300 ml of coconut milk. Season with 1 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of sugar and cook until boiling, add a few pineapples to spread the aroma and turn off the heat.
4.The curry frog with pepper can be served with vermicelli or white rice when it is very hot, you can also dip it with bread.
